The reference collection
CJC-1295 reference collection
The growth experiment in deficient mice, the hormone experiments in healthy adults and the wider GH literature each contribute something different.
Mouse growth and volunteer measurements
Alba’s GHRH-knockout mouse experiment opens the collection. For the human record, Teichman’s pharmacology study, Ionescu and Frohman’s pulse study and Sackmann-Sala’s serum-protein study address drug persistence, hormone release and downstream blood changes.
Jette’s rat and laboratory experiments supply the albumin-binding chemistry. The discontinued patient trial records a later clinical question that remained unfinished.
